Honouring ourselves
Honouring ourselves is about listening to our instincts—towards people, places, and passions. It’s about cultivating a positive perception of ourselves and ensuring our cup overflows so we can pour into others. Every thought we think about ourselves, every single one, is being eavesdropped on by our cells. These thoughts must align with the reality we want to manifest.
Eating from the soil
Eating from the soil. Quenching in life energy. We were designed to nourish ourselves with foods found or grown within the radius we could walk in a single day. But today, supermarket shelves are filled with lifeless, mass-produced food. Research shows that once a vegetable is pulled from its roots, its nutrients begin to decline within hours.
Sacralizing water
Water is the most underrated medicine in the world. It has memory, and also plays a vital role in physiological processes. Pure water and the minerals it contains (from mountains, forests, glaciers, etc) is essential for longevity. In DNA replication, proper hydration ensures enzymes work optimally, helping preserve telomeres and influencing the rate at which we age.
Finding our rhythm
One thing about energy is that it embodies movement. As energetic beings, even if some humans aren’t into sports, all humans must move. Finding the rhythm of when to move and when to stay still is even more crucial. Every time we’re focused on clearing and releasing, we must move. Every time we’re focused on building and compounding energy, we must find stillness. An eternal dance.
Living in unity
Perceiving ourselves as separate from the rest fuels our pain. We are not distinct from the world or the universe. Walking, breathing, feeling, and seeing ourselves and others as unique nuances of the same whole. If you were to close your eyes and truly believe that every human being on this planet is, in some way, you—and that you are them—your energy reservoir would become limitless.
Clearing the way
Honouring ourselves, eating from the soil, sacralizing water, finding our rhythm, embracing unity—these would be simpler if we lived remotely in nature. But in modern industrial life, we must search for them. Where can we find pure water? Food still in the ground this morning? How do we find time to simply be still? While it’s complicated (and that’s okay—we’re not here to complain), we must get creative in finding balance. This is where supplements like Vital·X come in. If we can't escape complexity, we clear the burden, toxicity, and stress, allowing our magnificent bodies to heal themselves.
